• Lunch is not included in the day tour price. Your guide will recommend local restaurants with an average meal cost of KRW 15,000–20,000 per person, paid directly by the customer. You are also free to choose any other restaurant according to your preference.
• A minimum of 8 people are required for this tour. If the minimum group size is not met, you will be notified by email 3 days before departure with a full refund. For specific departure date requirements, we recommend confirming group status with customer service in advance.

Good to Know

• Tours operate as scheduled in normal rain or snow. Tours are cancelled only due to extreme weather (typhoons, blizzards, severe weather warnings) or other force majeure causing official attraction closures or transportation suspension. Customers will be notified by email and phone before departure and will receive a full refund or may reschedule to another available date.
• If the tour is cancelled by the operator for any reason, or if proposed changes are not accepted by the customer, a full refund will be provided.
• If you miss the tour (no-show), one reschedule is permitted. Contact customer service on the same day. The tour may be rescheduled to the same itinerary within 7 days, subject to availability. A KRW 20,000 per person rescheduling fee is payable directly to the guide.
• For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the experience starts. No refunds are issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time.
